Perfect location if wanting to enjoy what Hunter Valley and Newcastle had to offer. Facilities inside were new and bathroom especially looked like that of a new hotel. Kitchen appliances were new and useful (good sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc). Potentially could do with newer frying pans but otherwise, everything we needed to make the occasional meal was there, Pool was enjoyable and nice to have on premise and backyard was good sized which our dog enjoyed and outdoor seating was comfortable to lounge around in. Bedrooms were good sized with comfortable beds and pillows. All instructions provided were easy to follow and hosts were very communicative all the way before, during and after we checked out, checking on our comfort. Overall, this was a comfortable place that had most of the amenities at home at a handy location and we really enjoyed our stay. It was good value all things considered.

We had 3 lovely days at the home. 3 large bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The area was very quiet and safe. We had a meal at the local hotel which was only a 100 meters up the road (great meal). All communication was promptly answered. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you
