Lovely space in the central city. We stayed here for the Pink concert, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The decor is lovely, and it's very easily located to Eden Park if you're looking to go to a concert/sport/anything in the Morningside region. Lovely little garden out the back. Only downside was there was no microwave, but with great eating options nearby this wasn't much of a bother.

Loved the location as it was easy to get to Kingsland. Nicely decorated space. However please note that the listing isn’t very accurate, it shows 2x bedrooms for use when in reality it’s only 1x. We booked the Airbnb thinking we’d get to spread out and have our own space but that wasn’t the case. No sheets for use, the room was a little cluttered.

This place was fantastic, we visited Auckland to go to the 2023 Women’s World Cup and could walk from the apartment to Eden Park Stadium very easily. It was also close to some nice breakfast/brunch locations and super close to the transit station, which made getting to downtown Auckland very easy. It was warm and inviting, all around good vibes.

We stayed at this property for a short stay in Auckland. Great location, the metro and bus stop is right across the road giving easy access to the city centre and local bars and restaurants. A visit by ferry to Waikiki island and Devenport and a bus journey to Ponsonby are a must. Our morning run was enjoyable around the nearby park and we walked to the nearby Eden Stadium to watch the rugby World Cup. The property was easily located and ease of access with a key safe, it is spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness of the kitchen could be improved, there was crockery in the dishwasher and washing in the clothes machine. Also, there is a noticeable difference between the pictures on this site and the reality of the property. Therefore, please expect to feel that you are staying someone’s full time home rather than just a holiday let.
