We all had a great stay at Casa Santuario, the villa was spotlessly clean, had plenty of amenities, the heated pool was nice and warm although a handrail would be beneficial as quite a big step in and out of pool. Overall though everything was perfect and we would 100% stay again.

I recently stayed at Casa Santuario and here’s my review: Pro’s: 1.The villa provided outstanding facilities that enhanced our comfort and enjoyment 2.The pool maintenance service, with the pool man visiting twice days a week, kept the pool clean 3.The villa’s location was excellent, with convenience access to shops and restaurants 4.The villa was very clean upon our arrival and Special thanks to John who arranged a brilliant airport transfer. The driver’s punctuality, politeness, and assistance with our bags. We were so pleased that we generously tipped him. 5. Hosts responsive Con’s: 1. We were surprised by the presence of cameras in the property, as we were not informed of them before booking. 2.Upon arrival, There was an issue with the key code for accessing the villa and the initial code had been changed without telling us. 3. We were unaware of the coin meter for the A/C 4. Lack of clear instructions for rubbish disposal 5. Unexpected host visit disturbed our baby’s sleep.

Una casa bonita y bien cuidada con piscina ubicada en una zona residencial de chalets. Tiene algunas carencias en cuanto a detalles y equipación como menaje o un equipo de música decente. Nos costó encontrarla porque aunque el GPS te lleva hasta la puerta la casa no tiene letrero con el nombre.
