Pasamos una excelente estadía con mis padres! El piso es súper amplio y cómodo, luminoso, con todas las comodidades para pasar una excelente estadía. La zona super cómoda, a unos minutos de Glories, con todas las tiendas de ropa y supermercados cerca! David estuvo siempre pendiente de lo que necesitamos y respondió super rápido a cada consulta! Definitivamente recomendable!

L’appartement de David est bien situé dans un quartier agréable. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Un grand parc en face. Tous les transports faciles d’accès. Il y a un ascenseur. L’appartement est lumineux. Grande terrasse. Il manque juste un aspirateur pour nettoyer plus facilement. La rue est passante et bruyante mais c’est Barcelone. Par contre le voisinage est très agréable. Un séjour de 2 mois plaisant. Merci

David was a very nice and prompt host, check-in and communication were easy. The place was clean upon arrival and the flat is spacious for 2 or 3 people. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The couch in the living room was also comfortable. The shower worked very well, with good pressure. The washing machine also worked well. Kitchen had all utensils necessary, perhaps a dishwasher would be even nicer. The balcony was very wide, however the flat is above an intersection, which makes is noisy. Also, the windows are single glaze, meaning that all the noise is also heard inside. The living room door to the balcony is not closing well, so on a couple of windy days it was very wobbly, with the wind almost blowing inside. However, there are 2 heaters in the house, which help with the temperature. David was very kind to allows us to check-out a couple of hours later than the usual, which was appreciated.

I stayed at Davids apartment for two full months. The apartment is spacious and has all the basic things you need. The interior is nothing crazy.. but again, all the basics are there! Things like cuttingboard etc. missed but David swiftly organized them for us. One downside is the noise of the street (nothing that David could change of course..). For me this made relaxing on the balcony not possible. If you are looking for a simple and basic apartment this could be the one. Communication was very nice and the times I met David I had a very positive impression. Thank you!
