Apartment COZY LOFT is a place with living/dining/kitchen area, separate bedroom and private bathroom - perfect for your winter ski holiday or hiking trips and relaxing stays year long. This spacey 33m2 apartment is located within Kraljevi Cardaci Spa hotel complex, in Kopaonik resort area. All hotel services and amenities are at guest's disposal (for additional fee paid directly at hotel) - spa and pools, aqua center for kids, gym, buffet breakfast/dinner, children playroom, room service, etc. Apartment COZY LOFT is a clean, well kept and organized 33m2 apartment, which is located within Kraljevi Cardaci Spa hotel complex, in Kopaonik mountain resort (in Vikend Naselje area, approx. 6 km away from Kopaonik center). It is a loft apartment and is suitable for use of up to 4 persons. It has roof windows only and is located on 7th floor in one of hotel complex buildings (level 3 is a ground floor). Elevator is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen (but without the oven and microwave) and a dining-living area which is not overloaded with furniture. Bedroom has a wardrobe closet and a king size bed (2 x 2 m) which is designed to be split into 2 separate single beds if needed. Private bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and floor heating, but toiletries are not provided for guests. Free Wi-fi is available within the apartment and all over hotel complex area. Cable TV offers regular local/national stations, many movie and sport channels, children channel, as well as international channels (news, children and leisure/travel). During your stay Apartment cleaning and towel change can be organized, upon your request, by hotel for an extra fee which will be paid directly at the hotel. This part of hotel complex, in which our apartment is located, provides direct indoor connection from apartment to the spa/pool areas, which is a great feature in winter months. Apartment is not suitable for use by disabled persons or guests with mobility difficulties because of several flights of outdoor stairs leading from hotel reception to the building where Apartment is situated. Pets are not allowed as per Hotel policy. Public (free) and Hotel complex parkings (for an extra fee) are available in front of the hotel complex.

Everything was great. Just we have little problem with finding the apartment cuz on reception they nt talking English and must try to find apartment alone (cuz apartment was in hotel area - deep in the complex). The free parking zone wasn't that big kinda 15 places for all complex or we must pay 9€ per day. Apartment isnt that great if u are with a huge bags and ski complect cuz have alot rly alot stairs before u go to hotel elevator. Ana I Duja are great they talk rly good and give information for everything that we ask (in anytime of the day). How ever everything was like 4.5 from 6.
Amazing place and amazing host. We were staying in Kopaonik for 10 days and it was an amazing trip. The apartment is perfectly located as 3-4 restaurants are located nearby, Ana&Duja were constantly in touch and very friendly. The apartment itself is very cozy and our daughter especially enjoyed the bag-chair in the living room. We'll definitely try to come back again in the next season.
Ana and Duja are excellent hosts; we felt hospitality at its highest level even though we didn't get to meet them. They will make an effort to explain everything you need about accommodation, location, and other aspects of your trip. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, clean and tidy with everything you need for a pleasant stay on Kopaonik. Within the complex where the apartment is located, you have various amenities such as a children's playroom, pool, spa, and restaurants.
It was my pleasure to be in this apartment! It is in great positions, and you can enjoy in Spa of hotel. They keep it really clean and host is all time available. We got all instructions and they helped us about best attractions. They are really friendly. All recommendations!

Being located within Kraljevi Cardaci Spa hotel complex is beneficial for anyone, since all the hotel services and amenities are available to all guests. Those services are not included in apartment rent price and are to be paid at hotel premises in accordance with hotel official price list.
Hotel complex offers:
- Award winning Spa center with indoor swimming pool and 2 outdoor ones with sunning deck, indoor saunas (regular, dry and humid), float spa capsule, relax section/massages, salt chamber, tepidarium, kneipp, wellness bar;
- Children aqua center with a large pool area for kids and a smaller one for babies, as well as water-chutes;
- Children playroom with bar area for parents/visitors; Babysitting service;
- Outdoor bar deck;
- Buffet breakfast/dinner in hotel dining area;
- Pub and a-la-cart restaurant with great food and incredible local wild-blueberry pie;
- Hairdresser;
- Laundry and services alike;
- Room service, etc.
Important Note:
In general, Spa center operates in full capacity during Winter (Dec-March) and Summer (July-Sep) seasons. In other periods, Spa center might be closed. Guests need to make inquiry about this with apartment owner.
Ski and Snow-boarding equipment can be rented as well.
During summer season Hotel also organizes great hiking tours, led by professional guide, on a daily basis except on Sunday.
Surrounding area is quite picturesque. Self-organized hiking tours can be done easily, although it is advisable to use professional guide.
There are 2 grocery-markets in the near vicinity of the complex, one of which is national food chain-store.
For transport to Kopaonik resort center (6 km away) you can use public transport Ski Buss (seasonal - during winter only), local taxi service, by using your own car, or simply by walking and enjoying the surroundings (6 km is not that much, but this is not apropriate during winter time).
Uber, CarGo and similar transport services are not operating in this region.
