Alana was responsive and communicated promptly but upon arriving, I received a different room than I had booked. It had the same layout but completely different furnishings and finishes. Towels were old and ratty, laundry still hanging on the balcony, stained furniture, old and worn bedding. The view was also completely different from what was listed. Completely different than the photos. Upon bringing to Alana’s attention, he offered to have the laundry picked up. Asked for partial refund and he refuted the amount in which Airbnb got involved and granted within minutes. Alana then let me know the room initially booked was available and offered to move me after staying some time in the first unit. He was responsive but did not acknowledge or apologize for putting me in a different unit in much worse condition.

The place was clean, matched the description and the host was super responsive and supportive. I would definitely come back in the future!
