The host is very nice and let us stay after our check out time because it was more convenient for us. We appreciated it a lot. The apartment is spacious and can accommodate a large group with a lot of nice common space. Location is great, right in the middle of everything. However the apartment is a bit old and not in such a good condition. We had a lot of cockroaches. No big deal but we expected a more recent place based on the pictures.

The location was perfect. The place has tons of potential, however things need to be attended to. We had no silverware, no coffee mugs. We had 5 guests. There were two travel shampoos on a shelf in the kitchen, nothing in any of the bathrooms. No soaps. It is a well decorated place but the beds are just a foam mattress on a wood platform. Upgrade the mattresses and provide more items in the kitchen and bathroom, and the potential for 5 stars is possible. I run 2 airbnbs myself, so I know these tiny fixes could make all the difference. Location is amazing! Over all design is fun and modern. Better description of where it’s located would be ideal. It took us 20 minutes of walking around town to actually find the location. I suggest a better description of some of the businesses on the front of the alley. The little café you mentioned is so small you cannot find it. There are two bigger businesses, right there I would mention those as key to finding your alley.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Awesome to get Siem Reap’s best coffee from sideway cafe right outside the front door!

We found great massage, cappuccino, nail salon, the BEST coconut and avocado smoothies within three minutes of the front door. Pub Street was a bit mucha and very noisy, but there are plenty of small and quieter places to eat and drink in the neighborhood. Similar to other period construction, the stairs are somewhat steep which was a problem for the 78 year old in our party.

We had a great time at Bunlong's! It is in the center of the city so we walked everywhere we wanted to go in the city no problem. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around and it's easy to get a tuk tuk for anywhere you want to go farther out. The place was huge and we did not have any issue with the noise from surrounding bars. You could hear it while in the living room but it was not overly noticeable in the bedroom.
