In North Las Vegas for a family reunion so the location was perfect. Nice home, fully equipped kitchen, great instructions including check in and such. Several of the bedrooms are setup as bunk beds which would be great if you had a lot of people, but not as great for use with our smaller group. Was still a great stay, and we enjoyed some rousing games of mini pool.

Such a beautiful home. We loved the backyard with several places to gather. They had a fire pit, a BBQ, a dining table out back, and a grassy area on the side of the home. The rose bushes were amazing and had so many different colors lining the backside of the fence. Inside, there is a large kitchen with plenty of dishes. There were three different gathering areas within the home, making it pleasant to visit. There were two separate dining areas inside to allow a large group to sit down and eat. There were 4 1/2 bathrooms, which is excellent if you have a large number as we did. Plenty of hot water to go around for everyone. The towels included both decorative and regular white towels under the sinks. We wished there were a few more to use during our stay. There were five bedrooms with various bed situations. The rooms with the King, Queen, and Queen were comfortable. The rest of the beds didn't provide thick enough mattresses for a restful and relaxing sleep for adults. There were futons upstairs, but again our guests said they were uncomfortable. The place has air mattresses, but the hosts don't guarantee they will work. Also, they do not provide any additional bedding (sheets, pillow, or blankets for air mattresses or outside of beds in the home). When you are searching for the house, the description in the listing says 16 guests, but after you book, they say up to 14 adults and six children. It would be nice to know that before booking. After you book, the hosts send an email saying no large gatherings or parties, or you will be evicted. Also, there is no parking on strips by neighbors for street parking. If you plan to have parties, they ask you to cancel and not book their place. The several emails and notices we received from the time we booked our stay was overkill and made it sound like we would be kicked to the streets if we made a peep and neighbors said something. We had a police officer patrolling the road for a couple of hours one day, but we eventually left, and they weren't there when we came back, LOL. We had a good time and didn't have to encounter that situation. The home is well-loved. There were many figurines and other lovely items decorated throughout the house. If you have small children, though, there could be a concern with such delicate things around the home. We enjoyed the decorations throughout the home. It made the house feel comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't consistent throughout the home, and the air wasn't allowed to be set below 72 degrees. We couldn't connect to the internet/WiFi for the primary networks. We ate out every meal we were there. Many great restaurants in Las Vegas to enjoy. The hosts have provided a few coupons for local restaurants. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a couple of nights, except for the bedding situation described above. If you have a large family with adults and kids, this may be an excellent place to stay. The pricing for the home was decent.

Extremely clean and spacious! The only feedback is that the playground shown is not on the property and the bunk beds are extremely flimsy and uncomfortable (even for teens).

their house was perfect for our hockey team. there was plenty of space for everyone. the house was incredibly clean and had everything that we needed as far as towels, toilet paper, etc. was concerned. the hosts were very communicative through the entirety of our stay which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this host and their home!
