Setting was very nice. Beautiful spot on the river. Back deck and hot tub were well received. Hanging lights made for a comfortable evening atmosphere. Didn’t do much cooking, but managed to bake a cake for my son‘s wedding. Kitchen, wash room, and bathrooms all seemed well supplied with anything you might need. The beds were comfortable and clean. We encountered one brown recluse in the small bathroom and the neighbors two dogs came to visit the back deck. We took a chance and tried the lemons, oranges, and grape fruit from the yard—tasty!

It was perfect and exactly as described. House was clean and had a stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful family vacation here.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the Sequoia National Park. It felt very convenient as a resting location before going on our Sequoia adventure. On our second day there, we had a lot of rain that prevent us from going out much, but we were able to have a nice family time at the house, enjoying the river view. I recommend this place.
