Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La communication en amont nous a permis de préparer au mieux nos activités. Francis et les personnes s'occupant du lieu font tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien et pour vous faciliter la vie. La chambre est accueillante et fonctionnelle. La salle d'eau est également très propre et vous pouvez profiter d'une douche chaude, ce qui est vraiment agréable après des journées de marches. Bref nous gardons un super souvenir de notre passage à Ruhengueri tout aussi positif que l'avis que nous avons sur le logement et les services proposés par Francis.

Comfortable bedrooms, spacious common areas. However, as he confirmed our reservation for 3 people, our host failed to inform us beforehand that we would need 2 rooms (because all rooms are doubles), and that the price on the Airbnb app was for 1 room only, which led him to double the price at our arrival. He even revealed to us that it was not the first time something similar happened to him (whenever there was an odd number of guests), which lead us to believe his fail to inform us was intentional. Us refusing it led to a very uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. Our host was visibly displeased at not receiving payment for one more room.

John, who works at the place, was very sweet and helpful! Also the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Best shower yet in Rwanda. The rooms are clean but ours didnt have mosquito nets above the bed or over the windows, that‘s something we feel could be improved. FYI, it‘s a very business oriented place with a company behind it. They will try to sell you tours and breakfast or using the kitchen comes with extra cost. It‘s okay, but the house isnt very homey.

If you are reading this, please straightaway make your booking. You will not regret it. This is a perfect place to stay in all aspects. The room is very spacious, superb clean and comfortable bed. I have had a deep sleep during my stay. The location is superb. Nearby city centre and on the way to Kinigi. The garden is very nice and beautiful. Francis is really a Great host and the staff here will assist u on everything. What are u reading from the previous reviews are totally the experience that u will enjoy by staying here. The breakfast is delicious n big portion. The wifi is great. In overall i really love my stay here and really have a wonderful time in Musenza. Thank you very much Francis for hosting me. Really have a wonderful time in your place. And Musenza is really a magical place. Wish to stay longer.

Best value for money! Very friendly and welcoming, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, very nice atmosphere. Very knowledgeable on the region and any activity. Great place to stay before hiking up a volcano the next day.
