The location has shops very close to get the groceries you need. Living room and kitchen in one space, then bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The only room with windows is the bedroom. The living room + kitchen is without windows (there is a little one in a corner that does not bring much light inside. So, if you just need a place to sleep, this is fine, but for any staying that may include leaving in the apartment long time during the day, you may not appreciate it. There is no view at all. Wifi is there and works well. It is overall well finished and properly equipped. The host is available for instant messaging to help you sorting things out. I suggest you ask the owner to send you a picture to identify the main power switch at ground level. In fact, due to the difficult power conditions in Beirut nowadays, you maybe required to use that switch. The apartment features a small inverter system, to cope with the frequent power cuts. It is not guaranteed that the system will support you all the times you will have a long power cuts. Luckily the cooker uses gas, but there is no lighter, so bring yours (piezo spark doesn't work without electricity...). At my arrival there was no seat on the toilet bowl, and I was told the problem just occurred (end March 2022) and he had no time to fix it. The bed had a bed sheet to cover the mattress, but not the one between you and the blanket. Asked but my request was not really well understood. Again for long staying, there is practically no storage for your clothes. The owner is always ready to exchange messages, and he was also very kind to offer me a partial refund due the discomforts I had during my 1-week staying. Check-in and check-out super easy with an outside safe.

Neat and clean small one bedroom apartment with a kitchinette that has all the needed basics. Towels and bed linnen were clean and the apartment is well maintained. 24/7 electricity, smart TV and soundbar were a plus. Great and convient stay for a night in Beirut.

It's a little difficult to find but the apartment itself is nice and cozy (a little smaller than I expected). It was nice to have a parking spot in the garage. The kitchen was a little cluttered and the bathroom needs a little upgrade (which Gerard said he is working on). Gerard was a lovely host and very responsive.

The place is very well-decorated and modern. Jean-Pierre was very helpful and available at all times. It was a great stay.
