Geen prettig verblijf. Konden niet inchecken op de afgesproken tijd en daardoor 1,5 uur moeten wachten. Ter compensatie 1 consumptie cadeau, die na een rit van 2 uur natuurlijk binnen 10 min al op was. Daarna in het huisje geen kinderstoel, geen kinderbed aangetroffen terwijl dit wel gemeld was. Stof onder de bedden en zand in de woonkamer. Als druppel die de emmer deed overlopen smerige handdoeken in de badkamer en een beschimmelde trekker. Een grote teleurstelling. Klacht bij zowel Roompot als Belvilla gemeld maar nog niets op vernomen. Eerder naar huis gegaan.
Die Unterkunft und die Angestellten waren toll. Würde immer wieder dort hinfahren :)
A good location across the road from the beach, with a kids playground, mini shop and restaurant on site.
Very nice lodge with all the necessary amenities for cooking, etc. Very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.
Had the most horrific experience with this company. The day before my stay my dog had an extreme bacterial infection which caused him to go blind and have his eye removed. I contacted the host immediately to move the date. She did not read my messages and when I had rescheduled through the Airbnb app, they added additional fees of > €200 for a stay of 2 nights. This meant I would’ve been charged over €500 in total for 2 nights. I contacted everyone I possibly could to solve this but no help was offered.
