The fifth iteration of The Glen House features 68-rooms and was built on the west side of Route 16 in Green's Grant. Aesthetically, the hotel gives a nod to its predecessors who date back to the late 1800's. The hotel features an indoor, heated, saltwater pool and full-service restaurant, The Notch Grille. Half of the rooms feature balconies facing the highest summit in the Northeast. Whether you are visiting to find your adventure at on the Mt. Washington Auto Road or Great Glen Trails, for business or for pleasure, our goal is to provide you with an exceptional stay. We hope that during your visit you have the opportunity to experience The Notch Grille, our family friendly restaurant offering our chef’s seasonally inspired menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients and regional artisan products. Built to high environmental standards, The Glen House is as close to energy self-sufficient and carbon neutral as is currently practical, thanks to a geothermal system that provides heating and cooling, as well as two offsite energy-generating projects that harness hydro and solar power.
