Spectacular views! Open, inviting, like new home situated on an hill side overlooking the mountains. Relax on the patio with a beverage and enjoy the majestic sunrise. Three bedrooms two bathrooms. Sleeping space for 8 persons. Very nice neighbor hood, paved roads and lit streets. Spacious house with great room for enjoyable gatherings. Dart board in the garage, Boat and toy parking in front of the house. This house is offered "retreat " style. There are games, cards, kids toys,books a CD/DVD player with movies and music. Charcoal BBQ in the garage.Internet service. Lit deck in the back yard, great for star gazing. Nice neighbor hood for walks and riding bikes. Our home is thoroughly cleaned after each guest stay, additionally we require at least 48 hours between bookings(unless prior agreement) to ensure ample cleaning time. Note; contents of garage are not available for use, thank you.

Our stay at Mary’s was all we expected and more. Neighbors are friendly and neighborhood is quiet. We had no issues having the necessary amenities for our stay. Mary was very easy to contact, if needed, and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely stay again when in Arizona, as well as, recommend Mary’s place to any of our family and friends that travel to Arizona.
We felt right at home from day one! Mary communicates very well and is quick to respond. We had some plans change and needed to stay longer than originally planned. Mary was great to work with on extending our stay! We definitely will book again if we are back in the area.

The house was perfect for our stay. Place to park the boat. Patio with a great view. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Games and movies to keep teenagers entertained when not on the lake.

Great neighborhood for families. Ride bikes, bring your quad or side by side. Breakfast, lunch and dinner places nearby. The lake is only a short drive away. Roosevelt is known for its Bass Fishing, large catfish and hunting. Additionally don't forget to visit Tonto national park and hike the multitude of trails in the area. Plenty of four wheel drive trails too!
Walk, ride bikes, side by sides and drive. Tonto national park, trails, salt river near by to enjoy.
