Great location in downtown Wolfeboro. Clean and tidy. Plenty of hot water. I’ve stayed in all three apartments in the building and all are great.

Without question this was the worst experience we have ever had in renting an overnight stay. To start with, the check in instructions were late to arrive: once inside the unit, we could not find any information whatsoever on the unit; the temp. in the unit was 57 degrees. We were able to turn on the heat in the living room but the two mini splits in the bedrooms were inoperative. We could never get instructions on the operation of the TV: the unit had not need cleaned; dirt in the kitchen; used and dirty kitchen cleaning pads, the kitchen was ill equipped; the dish drying rack was dirty; were numerous bottles of opened and partially used dry and wet products that should all have been disposed of, etc. etc. etc.. Stained ceilings, stained pillow cases, closets doors pulled off of the hinges, the bathroom sink was clogged. While all of these issues in and of themselves were bad enough, they paled in comparison to the lack of responsiveness of the host. Trying to get a refund

Great location, we had our 83yr old mother who appreciated being close to shops and restaurants, comfortable beds.

Perfect location - walkable to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Beautiful area. The apartment was clean and spacious. I would stay here again. A couple things to mention: the curtain in the bedroom was about 6" too short (lacks privacy) and the sectional couch had legs on the chaise section, but no legs on the couch part. I wondered why they didn't just remove the legs from the chaise so the unit could reconnect at the seam and be at the same height. Lastly, there was barely any toilet paper. I would have gone to Walgreens to buy some but it was closed when I realized there wasn't a backup of tp in the apartment. There was paper towels.
