You will find your host and the housemanager in the office in the courtyard from Monday to Friday, from 8am-6pm, if you need any help they will be happy to help you. The Fantastic Apartment offers enough place for up to 2 guests. The fully equipped open kitchen has a stove and a Microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso © coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Pots, pans, designer crockery and cutlery by Alessi© complete the kitchen equipment. The table is perfect for an evening with friends. With using the free WiFi you can work in your apartment very easily. On the cozy sofa with a reading lamp and the TV Samsung HD TV 32 inches you can relax after your work. You have a large cupboard and a shelf for all your stuff. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Soft towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are ready for your arrival and will be provided by housekeeping every week. The costs for the final cleaning is already included. Washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room on a small fee. If you don´t have time to do laundry by yourself your host will help you with our laundry service. To make your first evening comfortable we will surprise you with an italian welcome package, so you can feel like staying with friends.
