I stayed in Santoshs place with my pets for 12 nights and here's my review. Santosh is a nice, friendly and hospitable CMA. He was proactive and friendly in his communication. However there are several issues, from the start, the photos are misleading as the right half of the building has been rented to 5 bachelor boys who make a lot of noise, including the door noise which was consistent. Secondly, very poor experience with the caretaker who is his neighbour as the host lives in another city. The caretaker uncle was very nosy, disrespectful, interfering and invaded my privacy several times. The maid Santosh appointed frequently asked me money and didn't come for 6 days straight. The area and locality as told by Santosh has criminal recorded neighbours, as my dogs due to their natural insticnts barked, the neighbours came to threaten me and Santosh remarked that previously people have been hospitalized. I felt unsafe, reported to Airbnb and cancelled my booking immediately.

Sparkling clean, and beautiful house, homely atmosphere and host was helpful. Caretaker was also good and supportive.overall value for money. Property is within city.Peaceful and safe place within city.

We had a wonderful stay at Santosh's place. Location is great. One can reach at the heart of the city within 5 mins drive. Space was cleanly maintained and well kept. Surroundings are beautiful. It's a peaceful and safe area. Host is very responsive. He helped us with finding the location and also suggested the local attractions. Overall it was stay worth remembering. Will definitely like to visit next time when I am in Nasik.

Sparkling Clean, Well maintained and quite place.suits for family and work from home.nice wifi speed. I deed my office work from home and no internet buffering.dedicated wifi.clean bathroom and kitchen.Evening spent on terrace with city views and Tea.Overall nice experience.

The house needs lot of work. AC water dripping on the bed because of which our phone got damaged. The entrance of the house was dirty covered with dry leaves and dust. The living room and kitchen was smelling werid. Also the Fridge was so bad stinking that it can't be used. Overall the house was not maintained properly. Host was very kind and responded to all our quires.
