Le logement de Ron est vraiment bien situé. Tout près de l’action et des restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le logement était comme décrit dans l’annonce. Nous avons réussi à trouver un stationnement dans la rue Luchetti tout près du Parc à tous les jours. La piscine extérieure est très bien aussi. L’accueil et le personnel de l’immeuble est super! Le seul bémol est le bruit en soirée et parfois dans la nuit… si vous désirez la tranquillité ce n’est pas le bon endroit. Par contre, si vous voulez être au cœur de l’action et des restaurants c’est définitivement le bon endroit!

Absolute stunning views, entering and exiting building extremely secure, quick responses and helpful when we had questions, room was exactly as described, bed comfortable, perfect location and Ubers were extremely reasonable to go around the area if you planned to leave the Condado area. Our friends stayed near by and came up with us while we changed and they wished they would’ve gotten this room or even building. Thank You Ron for all your help.

Really enjoyed our stay at Ron’s place! It was exactly as described, easy to check in and out, and right across the street from the beach! The apartment was clean and ready for us when we got there, and stocked with the basics like towels, dishes, soap, some beach items, etc. Ron was great at communication and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed and many airbnbs in this building and this was my favorite. The view was great. And being that high up you get a fantastic breeze at night. I never once turned in the air conditioner or the ceiling fans. But it was nice to have the option to do either. I also liked that it was a studio rather than a one bedroom because it felt more open and bright that way. And while at first I thought it was a little more basic than some of the other and grew to really love that about the place. It was perfect for the setting. I didn’t do any cooking so the kitchen was fine for my needs. And when I did have a concern the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my two weeks there and hope to return in the future!

Ron was very helpful. The view is incredible and the apartment is larger than it appears in the pictures. The bed was just okay. It was very easy to get Ubers to anywhere and a short walk to a nice beach. We highly recommend this property.
