These cottages are well appointed and very comfortable. Susannah's communication is fantastic and the early check in was much appreciated. Plunge pool was a huge hit with the kids. Very grateful our dog was able to come with us. The area feels rural and quiet, despite being 10mins to Bomaderry & Berry, and 20mins to Gerroa & beaches. On arrival I was a bit concerned with how close the cottages were, however the orientation of each cottage and the placement of timber screens etc means you feel relatively private in the back yard. I did feel a little exposed looking across to the main house when sitting on the back deck, but living on a rural property I'm not used to having close neighbours, so it's more of a personal adjustment for me, rather than a criticism. There is a dairy not far away, so when the wind is blowing a particular direction, you do get a decent whiff of that smell, which in turn encourages the flies, so be sure to close the doors quickly.

Wonderful stay! Such a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. Everything had a nice touch to it. Very pet friendly, to the city folks- heaps of flies since it’s a farm stay so be mindful to always close the door!

Gorgeous spot with everything you need for a relaxing and super comfortable weekend. The delicious cake on arrival was an unexpected treat! Would recommend for a girls weekend!

Well appointed little cottage, delicious carrot cake there for us on arrival, very private, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Susannah was a very communicative host and the keyless entry was so easy. One thing I will say - and this is no reflection on Susannah or her accommodation- but beware of Berry Taxi Service!

Susannah’s place was one of the nicest air bnbs I have ever stayed at. It is in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by cows, lush nature and Mountain View’s. The decor in the house is so tasteful and you immediately feel so relaxed and comfortable. The plunge pool is such a bonus, and so close to Berry where we visited markets, the stores and ate at the delicious cafes. I would recommend Susannah’s place to anyone and everyone and will definitely be staying again in the future.
