The house is a typical rustic Italian home in the mountains with stunning views and privacy. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A hire car is a must as it's fairly remote and mountainous but the automatic SUV we hired on Elena's advice was fantastic for the 800odd miles we drove exploring the beautiful surroundings and local attractions including Pompeii, Latina, Norma and the Bassiano old town. Elena was the perfect host, very quick to respond to any questions, perfect English, promptly resolved the one minor issue we had, went above and beyond in helping us with shopping, booking a restaurant and general local advice from the type of hire car to get through to booking train tickets to Rome. We are extremely grateful to Elena and would have no hesitation recommending the house to prospective holiday makers.

Beautiful reatreat in Bassiano, private but not too far from the lovely little mediaeval village, 15 minutes from Sermoneta, 20 minutes to Latina Scalo. Perfect for families reunions or group of friends. Plenty of outdoors activities as the property is right on the path for the "semprevisa" which is one of the most popular places for hicking/walking amongst nature. The property has amazing views as well as everything you need to enjoy cooking for big groups, included an outdoor commercial sized wood oven and bbq. Bedrooms (4 masters) are spacious and very confortable . One master beedroom has 3 beds and 1 double bed, 4 adults can sleep comfortably. Groud level is spacious for 16 people and has a lovely fireplace. Excellent value for money proposition and the host Elena is always there for help. Need an SUV to get there (which is needed anywhere in Italy when it comes to properties on the hills etc). We had a memorable Family Christmas time!! Thank you!

Amazing place. Beautiful views, excellent indoor and outdoor space and wonderful hosts. The location is fabulous, within a short walk from the 710 hiking trail. The pizza oven and bbq outside are wonderful. Well worth it!
