I can’t say enough nice things about my stay at Alison’s guesthouse. She’s created a beautiful, peaceful space with all of the conveniences of home. I stayed in her home for 35 days while waiting for my first grandchild to be born. Alison was so thoughtful, often checking in on me during “baby watch”, and celebrating right along with me when my granddaughter, Kyra, was born. Alison’s attention to detail and anticipation of her guest’s needs is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her guesthouse to anyone looking for a month or more in Durango. Thank you for everything, Alison!

Alison and Mike make your stay at their AirBnb feel like you are at home. They helped out when I had car troubles, had great advice for hikes, rides, etc… in the area. They keep the AirBnB immaculate and make wonderful additions and improvements each time I visit.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect, the place was beautiful! The weather was abnormally warm (90 degrees) when we first got into town, and they put in a split system AC unit to make sure we were comfortable! Alison was an amazing host! We can’t wait to go back!

What a stylish, neat little place, perfect for one. Close to walks by the river and walking distance to a great Recreation Centre. Town centre is also walkable if you're fit. I was very happy here!
