Great location and friendly host. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, various stores and shopping malls. Easy access to subway allowing to cover huge distance within the capital. Our favorite part was definitely the awesome balcony and view. Worth mentioning: - Queen size bed is actually 2 smaller mattresses together (not a show stopper but this is something my spouse and I were not used to). - Laundry appliances: are within the building and not the appartment. Also, it required using an application with an Argentina phone number... which we did not have. We ended up washing our clothes by hand being pressed by time but perhaps Felipe could have helped us of we had consulted him. Recommend you consult the host ahead of time if you plan on using these facilities. - Keep in mind this is right in the city so it can be noisy at traffic time or if patio doors are kept open (personnaly, we were expecting this). Overall: very positive, no hesitation to recommend, would come back!

This Airb&b has spoiled us. So many things going for it. Great secure and well maintained building centrally located with a huge balcony with great and entertaining views from the 12th floor. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the TV on but didn’t need it with the balcony providing us the relaxation we all crave. The apartment was neat and efficient with a comfortable bed, above average bath and a living/kitchen area plenty roomy for two. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. Thanks for a great stay Felipe!

Boa opção de hospedagem com ótimo custo x benefício. Minha expectativa sobre a localização não foi exatamente correspondida, mas tampouco ruim. O prédio é novo, tem uma piscina bacana e o pessoal da portaria muito simpático. Sugiro uma atenção maior nos detalhes de limpeza, e indico a hospedagem para quem se interessar!

Really enjoyed my stay at Felipe’s place. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lots within walking distance of the apartment. Would stay here again!
