Fantastic stay. We stayed at stingray 1 which was lower level and closest unit to the private beach. Walk to the beach was about 1-2min, and with 2 little kids the carts made it easy. One of the best beach areas on the island for sure and some great snorkel life to find right out from the beach! Team has their stuff together and are very responsive and everything went off perfectly. Highly recommend this spot. Thanks!!

We stayed at Stingray 1 for a week with our five children, ranging from 7 to 17. From the outset, our experience was exceptional, including check-in which was incredibly smooth. The staff, especially Alfonso and Ge, ensured our stay was extra special. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently provided superb recommendations for local tours and eateries. The condo was immaculate—well-stocked and beautifully appointed, making us feel immediately at home. What truly set this location apart was the private beach setup, which felt exclusively ours, providing a serene and stunning retreat from the world. The amenities were excellent, with a lovely pool and the ocean views that were simply breathtaking. The peaceful ambiance allowed us to fully immerse in quality family time, creating cherished memories. We look forward to many more returns to Boggy Sands, a perfect spot for family bonding and relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a personal and peaceful vacation experience.

We had 4 couples stay in the Condon& it was one of the best vacations we have ever taken! Morne & Alfanso we readily available & extremely helpful. The grounds were spotless & service impeccable. We will absolutely be back!!

Boggy Sands was a wonderful family vacation. The place was very comfortable and nicely appointed with what you could need. The beach had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and water toys/sports available to guests.
