This Space is so beautiful and prefect for walking to all things Waynesville has to offer. We did not have any trouble parking and enjoyed being in town. The views from both the living room and the bedrooms was so beautiful. Very Lux!

The place was nicely decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed and we loved staying so close to the restaurants. The reviews we read were also very accurate. The burnt grease smell from Sauced (I think) was overwhelming! I appreciate the 2 air filters but they didn’t make a dent unfortunately. But all in all it was a great place and we would stay there again.

Really spacious place and great location. Park behind the building. Don’t let the steps fool you. Inside is beautiful. The only complaint I would have is the bed isn’t supportive and the pillows are thin.

First impressions after finding the place are off-putting. The dingy front door and the dirty and damaged stairs to reach the second floor apartment cause one to wonder what they are getting into. The 25-step climb presents a challenge for the elderly and unfit. Once in the apartment, everything changes. From the dark stained oak flooring, modern kitchen, fine furniture, tiled bathrooms, and comfortable queen beds, all is beautiful. The apartment seems to be targeted for those requiring short stays. Although there are adequate pots and pans, there are minimal dishes. Be prepared to wake up to the smells from the eating establishment below starting around 5 am. The host provides two air filters, but they don’t eliminate the smells. The host is very responsive. The closest parking on Main Street is not for overnight; overnight parking is available behind the building on Wall Street. In spite of the short-comings we enjoyed our stay.
