Great organization & communication! A beautiful villa. Unfortunately a little bit hard to reach and taxis had a hard time to find us, but overall a great place and a perfect hosting!

We loved our group stay at Casa Maricarmen. We spent 8 days at the house and we found it met all our needs as a large group. The house is huge and has many seating areas (inside and outside) that you can enjoy. We met the owner briefly on arrival and she was very kind and stayed for a while (has a small house next door) in case we had any questions or issues around the house. Then we only saw her again briefly when leaving the house on the last day. We were welcomed with a cold pack of beers in the fridge and some snacks, coffee and biscuits, which was a really nice touch. All bathrooms had gel/shampoo and hand soap. Rooms are huge, beds and bathrooms too, and I mean huge!! The kitchen had a very large fridge/freezer and a separate tall freezer. It also had everything you could ask for in a kitchen and all in good condition. The house is in a quiet country area just outside of Llucmajor, with several supermarkets 5 minutes away by car. The town's main square has some lovely terraces for coffee or tapas too. The communication with Portic Villas has been 10/10 from the point of booking until after we left. It is reassuring to know your messages will be answered to in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in this villa or any other place managed by Portic. Scam ! Do not even consider it. With all due respect , we had a terrible stay at this house , and this is why : - only 2 small AC’s for the entire house. - Bugs, lizards, insects … all over the place - No mattress for the sun-beds at the swimming pool. - House completely deteriorated compared to the pictures on airbnb - terrible location (hazardous access) Moreover , the fact that you charged us 80 Euros for “excessive use” of the AC, when it’s literally 38 degrees outside and there are only 2 AC’s (barely working) for the entire property, is an absolute disgrace. I’ve never seen that in my entire life , and i will never recommend your house to anybody i care about. Finally , I would definitely not recommend this house to any group of young people trying to gave fun in Mallorca. If’s surrounded by neighbors that will complain if you try to play a bit of music after 23:30.
