Eight minutes to Okemo and set back on the top of a hill, our ski cottage has all the charm of Vermont living, updated with everything you need. Our home is clean and private. With an open kitchen, living and dining space, there's plenty of room to enjoy after a long day hiking, skiing, or enjoying the outdoors in Vermont. Cuddle up and enjoy your morning coffee in front of the gas stove, or open up the slider and step out into the private backyard to see the wildlife that often passes through. Built in 1958 by my grandfather, the little house has original horse-barn wood beams. The home is located on an acre of land off a dirt road - it's perfect for getting away from it all, but still being able to hit first chair....with a breakfast sandwich.

Zach and Amy truly are the best airbnb hosts my wife and I have ever had. The cabin is so cute and cozy and was perfect for our one year wedding anniversary. It is in a perfect location as well easy to get to everything. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you guys again!
Loved our time at The Little House! All of our needs were met. House is well thought out, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Great little deck to enjoy your coffee, well maintained yard with lovely trees. Not as secluded as anticipated (disclaimer: we live in a very rural area in the Catskill Mountains of NY so expectation was naturally high). Town of Ludlow was terrific.... had to eat at Mr. Darcy's of course and were not disappointed. Loved everything about our trip.... only thing that would have made it better was more time.
Cannot say enough about “the little house”!! We loved our stay and felt right at home. We would love to thank the owners for welcoming us into their beautiful home. We were so impressed by the cleanliness and location. We loved our stay and would love to come back for a longer stay.
Our family had a great time at The Little House. It was the perfect cottage for the 4 of us. It was cozy, clean and well furnished. Private and secluded, yet just a few minutes from the quaint downtown of Ludlow. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We might be a bit biased, but we think the cottage is in the perfect spot for quiet and privacy with small town amenities close by. It's on the way into town from most points out of state, up on a quiet hill where you'll rarely hear more than a handful of cars pass in a day. Yet in three minutes, you can be at the bottom of the hill - 5 minutes to the right is the legendary Singletons store, Crows Bakery, or Outer Limits. 5 to the left, and you're right downtown just minutes from Okemo.
The little house is located a few minutes up a town-maintained and plowed hill, but it is Vermont, so snow tires/ all-wheel drive/ all seasons are recommended! We don't anticipate any issues getting or out of the driveway.
