I visited El Salvador with my two oldest sons and we had a blast. This was an ideal place for us to stay. You can walk to El Zonte on the beach during low tide. We loved being able to walk directly out to the beach. I only ever used the outdoor shower on the way down to the beach - loved the water pressure and view of the beach. We would hang out in the pool in the evenings to cool off and have a few drinks. There’s loads of outdoor seating areas for dining, lounging, chatting, viewing the ocean, playing cards, etc Santos was great - very responsive. Marissa was very helpful and gave restaurant recommendations. She was very responsive to our needs. I asked where I could find ear drops for my son who got an ear infection while we were there and she had sent Santos bring them to us. The place was very clean when we arrived and she had a couple of lovely staff that would sweep up any fallen leaves every day, clean the pool and make our beds. I wasn’t expecting the daily room cleaning

Marissa's house was amazingly situated right on the water with a private access to the beach. The pool was beautiful and kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time. The bedrooms are a bit dated, and had some insect issues but it's part of living right on the water and likely due to the season.

We had a wonderful week. The view is incredible. The staff were great but at times it was a bit strange to have no privacy, wasn’t expecting it. The separate bedroom could be a deal breaker if you have young kids. The beach access is amazing. The road noise a bit loud especially at night when you could hear the tractor trailers. The local area was safe and you could walk to town. We did wish there was beach chairs and umbrellas for use and the house could use a bit of an update and some ant traps. But all that to say I would absolute visit again. Santos and Karen take pride in their work and keep the place running.

Far exceeded our expectations. The home was a perfect vacation spot with stunning views!! Marisa was a wonderful host. She was so quick to respond and always helpful. The caretakers were sweet and always eager to help. We wanted to take Angelita home with us. Highly recommend it and will definitely return!
