We had a lovely, cosy stay at Simon's place. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Simon was very responsive and helpful. Great host

Windows left open the day before we arrived allowed four big black spiders to come in which scared the kids. Too many spider webs with spiders in the ceiling space of both bedrooms. We were advised the Internet speed was 70 Mbps but multiple speed tests didn’t get above 19Mbps & dropped completely several times a day. Not ideal. I would like a partial refund please for these issues.

Simon was an excellent host. Very friendly and helpful when we bumped into him. The apartment was lovely and as expected from the photos… a bit bigger actually…No wide angled trickery used! St Agnes is a wonderful place. Superb restaurants and pubs on your doorstep, and the beach is at easy walking distance. Despite the rubbish weather we had a lovely time! Perfect for a family with 2 children.

Came down to Cornwall for 3 nights to see a band playing in St Agnes. The apartment was amazing. 2 minute walk to a couple pubs/bars. Locals were lovely. Easy bus down to perranporth where there is a lovely beach. Overall extremely happy with my stay and communication with Simon.
