Kate's place was great for our large group attending a wedding in Williamstown. The house had tons of room, and all the amenities you'd need. Furthermore, we loved the history and the antiques throughout. It was a comfortable, easy stay for all of us. There was an issue with the heater, which was handled immediately, and we had plenty of blankets, space heaters and a fire to keep warm for the couple hours it took to remedy. Highly recommend the stay!

My family absolutely loved staying at the Hart Family Farm. There were five adults and four young children. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Kate was easy to contact when I had a question about linens. The house was extremely clean and filled with wonderful antiques. It was a pleasure to learn more about this amazing family. I read the memoir of Dr. Thomas Hart which is on a bookshelf in the dining room. I highly recommend it! The Mass MOCA, Jiminy Peak, a hike to Cascade Falls, a parade and fireworks in Williamstown, it was a perfect four of July weekend!

The Hart Family Farmhouse is a charming historic building. It is well stocked and appointed. We were easily able to cook a family Thanksgiving dinner for 10 with no difficulty with adequate kitchen space and supplies. Beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. Many trails to hike nearby. Kate was very accessible for any questions I had during the stay.

The Hart Farmhouse is a wonderful piece of Williamstown history. I won’t wax on about the Hart family here but I recommend you do a quick google search. The home itself is the best kind of quirky: filled with beautiful antiques, old memorabilia, and many rooms! The house is quite spacious and comfortably sleeps 12, and every room has its own bit of personality. The location is quiet, away from the bustle of campus but close enough to drive in to get coffee at Tunnel City or get to some trails by the Clark Art Museum. We’d love to make this our go-to home when returning to Williamstown.
