Hector s place was very nice overall. We did have a few issues. Some of the drawers for clothes were trying to fall apart as I was trying to use them. When we had a power outage, no one notified us of anything. Especially in the morning when we were trying to have breakfast. Saying; There will be a power outage between 8 am-4pm. Understandable that Hector wasn't even notified. Then, we had vehicles driving up and down the neighborhood with speakers on the roof extremely loud. Felt like I was in a episode of the blues brothers. Hector said it's what they did during power outages, due to hurricane conditions, to let people in the neighborhood know it wasn't an emergency. Last but not least, when we arrived, the sentry at the gate, couldn't speak English, had to call Hector to explain to him what was going on. Finally then the sentry had to personally guide us up to the building. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.

Very nice, clean apartment with a magnificent view. The swimming pool is great, but it only opens at ten o'clock. The promenade and beach are 5 minutes from the bath. For a moment of peace and quiet, it was perfect.

Hector was incredibly helpful and responsive. He always responded to my questions very promptly. There was a small issue that came up (completely out of anyone's control), and Hector was on top of it, communicating and responding even though it was late in the evening. He provided great recommendations and the instructions to access the place were clear. The place has an incredible view and is very close to a beach / nature reserve. The area is much quieter than San Juan, which we appreciated. We stayed with our two teenage children and had a fantastic time - everyone loved it.

Everything was amazing. We use Airbnb a lot ( 12 or so weeks a year ). There are lots of great restaurants along the 901 ( maybe 906 ). The beach that’s right out the front of the property was the best we went to in PR. It’s a bit of a walk for my 70 year old sister so we drove! Already planning a few days in fall!

Clean & comfortable. Great AC. Beautiful view. Nice pool.
