Clean and tidy! There were extra blankets and towels in easy to find places. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. We will definitely stay here again.

5 stars all the way, we hope to return! It’s essentially two separate duplexes (one referred to as the house and the other as the apartment). We utilized them as our work base for myself and 3 colleague’s while we were working in the area and it was absolutely perfect. Good wifi, gorgeous rural setting (with regular deer visitors) yet only minutes to town, and a bonus amazing hot tub under the stars! This place is a great find. Annette was also super responsive and lovely.

We loved our stay here! Great, quiet neighborhood with lovely back porch views. Annette, the property manager, was wonderful when we had questions. Lander is a lovely little town, and everything is close by. Definitely hike the Popo Aggie Falls trail and slide off the big rock - it was so fun! Ice cream at the Scream Shack was a hit as well (huge portions!) We were there in August and it was okay with fans and open windows at night but AC would’ve been amazing.
