This guesthouse was perfect for our three night stay. The house feels much bigger on the inside than you'd imagine. Kathy had everything ready for us upon arrival and her preparations were greatly appreciated. This is a beautiful property and we'd be happy to stay again in the future!

Kathy was an amazing host and the house was absolutely STUNNING! Perfect getaway, thoughtful design, everything you need! It walking distance from town or just a 1 minute drive with plenty of parking. I would love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

My husband, toddler, and I stayed at Kathy's cottage for five days in March. The cottage is fully detached from the main house, and it is even more charming in person–we especially appreciated how clean and bright the space was. One only needs to walk a couple of minutes from the house to reach the adorable thoroughfare of Chatham. Kathy was responsive to several of our questions, and the check-in and check-out processes were both straightforward. We'd love to come back one day!

Kathy’s Guest home was extremely comfortable ,the ambiance of the fireplace to all the extra comforts of home & more . Downtown and beaches were all Rt. Down the street , staying here in the winter time was amazing ‘ can’t imagine how beautiful the summer nights would be . I totally recommend this Home . Kathy C

Kathy's guesthouse was perfect. Beautifully decorated, super clean and amazing location close to Chatham's downtown. We really enjoyed our two nights there and would love to return!
