Cute little place right next to the station which was convenient. The check-in process is a little weird. It wasn’t advertised that you’d have to speak with someone on a video call to check-in. They’re supposed to provide you with the code to enter your specific room but don’t tell you after the call ends that you need to enter your email address to receive it. So if you hang up the video call and walk away, someone else can just input their email and get your room code. The room advertises it can fit 4 people, which, technically it can “sleep” 4 people. But if you’ve got more than 2 large suitcases, you won’t have any space to walk around. Reviews in the past mentioned it being loud and that there’s now a sound/decibel reader in the room. But there must not be one in other rooms because the people above us were very loud during quiet hours. They were making constant noise at 22:30 and 06:00 for the last few days we were there which was extremely annoying. But overall a nice place.

Le logement est petit mais très bien conçu et propre. C'était très bien pour un nuit "étape". La procédure d'arrivée avec un enregistrement via une tablette informatique n'est pas très pratique. Surtout que j'avais envoyé l'ensemble des fiches via la messagerie Airbnb. Il est nécessaire de répéter l'opération pour avoir le code d'entrée. Donc, pour les étrangers, il faut montrer vos passeport. La multiplication des messages d'interdiction et la présence d'un énorme décibelmètre à leds rouges (avec alarme à partir d'un niveau inconnu) est assez anxiogène.

my family of 3 have stayed at Rio's apartment for 2 nights. room is very clean and quiet, mattresses are comfortable and we slept like babies. toilet and shower room are clean. considerably spacious with a small living area to open 3 big luggage. most important of all, we found 2 fantastic restaurants and nice cafes around the property. chinatown is just a stone throw away. Yokohama Marine Tower and the park is where Andy Lau and Tammj cheng filmed the movie "love on diet". my family and I will come back to Rios apartment whenever we visit yokobama. Paul
