This stay was spectacular- the description, pictures and some other reviews don’t accurately describe. There is a rooftop pool and easy beach access. The building is very secure. The view from the unit and patio is incredible. The beds are very comfortable and overall, the apartment is more spacious than you expect. Super clean - there is a daily housekeeper who comes to clean at 8am each day so be aware of that. Plenty of dishes to prepare your own food if that’s what you want, but many restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend. It’s beautiful and very relaxing.

We planned a family reunion for 15 days in this apartment and everything went almost perfectly. Luis Daniel was very prompt to send people to solve the problems. We also had a cleaning lady ,Beatriz, coming every morning to maintain the apartment very clean. The location is one of the most exclusive in Santa Marta, Bellavista, Playa de Los Cocos. Around the corner is an excellent restaurant, Mañe Cañón, one of the best in town. The apartment is espacios so everybody could have a certain privacy. We enjoyed every single day on the balcony, the view is gorgeous and the sunsets are spectacular. Employees in the building were very professional and helpful. My family and I didn't want to return home after 15 days in the beautiful apartment. -One suggestion to the owners though -. There are not a lot of casseroles for cooking, or a microwave (but a lot of stuff for serving!!) . And there is no sound system in the apartment, strange. In sum, gorgeous place and Location.

Excellent location with an amazing view of the ocean and harbor. Short walk to downtown. It’s tough to beat daily morning coffee on the balcony watching the beach and local fishermen. Had everything we needed!

The apartment was more spacious, then it appeared in pictures. And the sliding doors were a major plus because it had a very nice views.
