This place was in a perfect location to get to anywhere we wanted to go!!! The house offered great space to hang out and enjoy. We especially loved evenings in the hot tub. Except for a couple minor glitches, the time spent was excellent.

Gorgeous home with tons of beautiful space. The serene views and atmosphere, hot tub, air hockey table and quiet neighborhood created a great stay.

We’ve stayed at dozens of Air B&Bs across the country, and this gem is the VERY BEST. The home, immaculate and peaceful, is perfectly situated with direct access to mountain trails and a short drive to Garden of the Gods, fishing, top restaurants, and shopping. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtfully stocked home, including refreshments, and a pre-heated hot tub ready for our family of 5. The amenities were beyond expectations: luxurious linens, a clean Webber grill with plenty of propane, convenient garage parking, fully stocked laundry, and TVs connected to streaming services, all set in a cozy, movie-ready basement. They thought of everything. Our host, Josh, epitomized hospitality. During our stay, a rare blizzard hit, but Josh’s check ins, driveway clearing, and offers to assist with his 4x4 for provisions turned what could have been a stressful situation into a cozy highlight of our trip. If you’re thinking about staying here, do yourself a favor & book while you can!

We needed to find a place last minute as our previous choice canceled. They were extremely quick to respond and got us in right away. We felt right at home, everything was just as pictured, the house was extremely clean restrooms and all. My boys definitely appreciated the snacks provided. Location was ideal, beautiful scenery, definitely would recommend and keep as a place for returning visits.

The house was incredible. Stocked with everything we could have needed. Comfortable bedding. Lots of space. Beautiful views. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful with local recommendations. We came for an anniversary trip but are already planning a trip back with the whole family!
