We stayed at Villa 1935 for a week, during off-season. We looked for a quite, homey and well-designed villa and that's exactly what we got! The villa itself is very modern. Very well cleaned and very modern. It got everything you would expect to find in a home, including full equipped and stuffed kitchen, and a living room with lots of games/books and even a PlayStation. The garden is beautiful - the main one with the pool is very enjoyable to stay in for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. The pool was a little cold as its off-season but we still got a few hours of sunshine a day to enjoy it. Its located very very close to the boardwalk with lots of restaurants/pubs and easy access to the beach. This is important, as we did see other villas that are located close to the beach but not near the boardwalk. Overall, we are glad we picked this villa. It was a good home for 7 days!

Maria Christina feels like a friend. We were originally supposed to stay at Villa Razi in 2020 before the world came to a standstill. She was extremely understanding and easy to work with them and now! We have kept in touch ever since and we were finally able to enjoy her beautiful property this year. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her or her beautiful, historic property. We have family in the area and Villa Razi is perfectly located for us. Our family is only 1-1/2 blocks away. It’s close to beach, shops, restaurants and anything you could need. The property itself is beautifully restored, perfect for families or multiple couples/adults traveling together, has 2 gated parking spots (which are worth their weight in gold in Loutraki) and the pool is a quiet respite from the busy beach. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

This was our second year in a row to stay this week in October, it was even BETTER this year. The attention to detail, amazing amenities--robes, slippers, Nespresso, L'Occitane, fruit basket, pool, outdoor seating...there is too much to write about. The Loutraki Thermal Spa is just a 14-minute stroll away, the shops and restaurants, and bakeries, and coffee shops all are close. We went to Nafplio, Epidauros, Corinth, Mycenae, and so many other amazing sites. Perfect gated parking...just awesome. We hope to make it three years in a row next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Razi! The house is beautifully decorated in a cool Art Deco style. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed spending time in the nice outdoor garden area. And it was really good to have a private driveway for our rental car, as street parking can be difficult. Great location, close the everything - markets, beach and restaurants. Christina Maria was very attentive and answered all our requests quickly. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We would stay at Villa Razi again!

In every way, this was a perfect Villa by the Sea. Hope you can come and be enchanted by this classic home, location, and all that comes with it. We hope to return, but for longer next time.
