This place is awesome, highly recommend!! The location is hard to beat—easy access to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The unit itself is also so clean and up to date. Frank provides extra appliances and amenities to make the place feel like home. Frank was also super commutative and responsive, which we greatly appreciated! We will definitely be booking with Frank again in the future if we vacation back to Fort Myers! Our vacation would not have been so great if it weren’t for this place!

We have been coming to FMB on a family vacation for 6+ years and this was our first time being back since the hurricane. The devastation from the hurricane is heartbreaking but they’re making major progress. We love this air bnb! It’s right next to Publix and Junkanoo bar(great grouper). It was so convenient being next to the grocery store. We also loved being literally right across the street from beach access as being on the beach is our fav part of visiting fmb. There are tons of towels,bikes and chairs to use which was awesome! The hot tub was a bonus especially when it cooled off at night. The Place was pristine and we had the majority of amenities needed! We did have to buy some grill tools, coal for the grill ( we grilled out almost every night ), aluminum foil and dishwasher detergent for the place as these were not provided . We love this place and would stay again (hopefully in the lower) as it makes carrying stuff easier.

stay was great and host was great. place was clean organized and I loved that all of the drawers and cabinets were labeled with its contents! beds were a little high off the ground for grandpa, but we made it work.

Very responsive and provided good restaurant suggestions. Loved having the bikes for riding on the beach and around town. Short walk to the beach.
