We had a nice trip. Las Catalinas was beautiful and Rosa’s place was clean and looked as it did in the pictures. We were not told of the construction going on right behind the condo that started early each morning and went on all day, nor of the construction of the beach club which limited the amenities and was a bit loud while trying to enjoy the small pool deck. I’d also recommend not going through their guest experience to book anything for excursions away from Las Catalinas. They are friendly and helpful, but their estimate was double the cost of finding anything on your own- even the airport transfers. Overall nice trip, but we would have appreciated being told of the construction.

This place was even better than the pictures including the unit and the village. We were traveling as two couples plus two teen boys. We all agreed it was one of our favorite vacations ever and favorite Airbnbs ever. Of special note, the daily cleaning was amazing (well worth the tipping/service fee added on top). We would like to come back to this unit and the location again (and we rarely like to travel to the same place twice). Also - don’t miss stopping by the beach club for a sunset swim and very delicious nachos.

las catalinas has everything you need! this place was clean, new and a perfect layout for our family. you check in at the main building reception and everything else is taken care of! glad to have the little shop right underneath us for morning smoothies and pastries! one thing to note is there aren't any cooking amenities(oil, salt, pepper, sugar) so if you were looking to eat in you'll have to start from scratch.

Absolutely top-notch. The condo blends luxury with a vibrant local vibe, offering stunning views and a prime location. Inside, it's all about comfort and style; the living area and bedrooms are spacious, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Walking the streets of Las Catalinas is reminiscent of a stroll through Italy, with its charming architecture and pedestrian-friendly pathways that invite exploration and leisurely walks at sunset. The access to the Beach Club is a fantastic perk, and the on-site grocery is incredibly convenient. A heads-up on the construction - it's noticeable but doesn’t detract from the experience. The service charge system simplifies tipping, a smart touch. Overall, 31 Camino Flats delivered an exceptional stay - it’s a gem for anyone seeking a blend of relaxation and local exploration, with a touch of European charm. Highly recommend.
