This nicely-appointed completely-detached cottage (new construction, not a remodel or conversion) features: -A comfortable queen bed with delicious sheets. ALL bedding is laundered between every stay: sheets, blanket, bedspread or duvet, and pillowcases - even the mattress cover -Deep cleaning every time (as though Grandma is coming) by the hosts, not a management company -Wireless internet -Netflix and Amazon Prime on the 42" 4K smart TV, or log in to your own providers -A heated and ventilated bathroom with ceramic tile shower -Kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster oven, toaster, popcorn popper, more. There is no oven, range or dishwasher (we happily do dishes if necessary) -Efficient, quiet, built-in heat and A/C and large super-quiet ceiling fan -In-room washer and dryer -Keyless entry for self check-in -Super efficient eco-friendly insulation & fixtures -Plenty of easy free parking in front of our house and a very short walk on cement (no gravel) into our private backyard -Two low steps into cottage: one at porch and one over threshold -Curb in shower less than 5" high -Snacks, personal care items, games, lots of local info -Tall mirror, easy chair recliner -Bringing a baby or toddler (up to 2 years)? Just ask: insulated picnic bag, camp chairs, power strip, etc -Responsive, nearby hosts Our cottage is behind a simple gate on a quiet, low-traffic street in a good neighborhood. Our maps app shows these drive times from it: Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center: 8 minutes Providence Medford Medical Center: 7 minutes Medford Airport: 10 minutes Nearest park with playground: 2 minutes Roxy Anne Winery: 4 minutes Safeway Grocery: 6 minutes Trader Joe's: 8 minutes Prescott Park (hiking, biking, views from Roxy Ann peak): 11 minutes Costco: 15 minutes Jacksonville: 18 minutes west Ashland: 22 minutes south Crater Lake: 1 hour, 56 minutes north Numerous mountain lakes: 41 minutes+ to the east If you need anything at all, just let us know: we live in the front house. Otherwise, with self check-in and check-out you have your time and privacy to yourself. Please no pets, smoking, vaping, e-cigs, fireworks, matches, candles, bazookas, drugs, raves, tractor pulls, monster trucks, marijuana, marijuana odor, marijuana dealing, marijuana trimming or partying of any kind ANYWHERE on the premises. For the sake of our wonderful neighbors, we'd prefer that you not smoke out in the street or across the street as well. Let's be clear: if you smoke, this is probably not the best option for you. :) And speaking of our wonderful neighbors, if you're going to be in and out and in and out late at night (it's happened), we are also not a good choice. A quiet late arrival is no problem at all, but not the in and out thing. Nothing personal: it's just not neighborly. Thank you for carefully considering the stated cancellation policy before booking.
