We booked the apartment for 17 nights. The location is great, right by the sea. The view there is amazing. The property is maintained by several workers. They are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is large and offers more than enough space for 4 people. There is everything you need: big fridge, washing machine and dryer, enough towels, pans and pots, and enough dishes. There is also a new fitness station in the gym that could not be seen in the pictures. The pools were cleaned daily, but only the freshwater pool. The saltwater pool at first too, but not later. The nearby beach is private and was therefore not accessible but there is another one in Rio Nuevo (5 min drive). The facility was very well maintained. Dahlia, our contact, was also very friendly and regularly offered to help and inquire about our well-being. I recommend this apartement.

Lovely beach views! However, no beach which was quite disappointing. The condo was clean upon arrival, rooms and bathrooms were fairly clean. We stayed at the condo for a total of 3 nights 4 days prior to booking it was stated that the unit came with a housekeeper which was definitely not the case. We had to make the beds and do all house keeping. Prior to booking we enquired about a Chef and was even offered to share a Chef with our friends who were staying in the unit below. After having several conversations with our host we were told there was no one available to Cook our meals after a few calls someone finally came to cook. He was very pleasant however lacked variety with dishes and cooked a little slow. Also, it would have been nice to have had extra linen (towels, rags, blankets, tissue, etc) as our stay was for a long period. The condo also had termites in the dining areas. My suggestion before booking this unit confirm with host about all details house keeper, Chef, extra linen. We would Stay here again if we received all the mentioned above.

This place was very stylish and comfortable. Very good vibe from staff who are there to help if you need but stay out of the way. Pools were beautiful. I would come back.
