We absolutely loved Big Tree! The location was convenient but not in the direct business of town—still lots of great restaurants nearby and cafe in the hotel. The space was beautiful, super clean, and well-priced and Opal was so sweet with recommendations! Such a lovely stay.

Very convenient location on the island. With a motorcycle/scooter it’s perfect. Tranquil setting in the jungle with beautiful big trees. The room was cozy, well designed, and tastefully furnished. The host was super helpful with arranging transport to and from the ferry. The host also coordinated scooter rental (scooter was very new!). Food at the cafe was great! Are there twice in two days, which is saying something because there is really good food on the island. Ramen was also good! Local convenience shop right next door and 7-11 across the street. Would certainly stay here again!

Me and my girlfriend have been travelling south east Asia for a couple of months and this was our favourite hotel of all. The staff were so so friendly and so helpful and the room was just perfect couldnt have asked for anything more. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks again!

Уютный и тихий отель-сад в пешей доступности от центра и пирса. Гостеприимная и улыбчивая хозяйка создаёт ощущение, что вы приехали в гости к родственникам. Вкусно во всех кафе/ресторанах на территории – завтраки, рамен, мороженное.
