The place needs work, and a new cleaning crew should be hired. The place smelled of weed when I walked in and there were bugs all over the place. The place looked like someone might have cleaned it but failed to be detailed. The floor needs replacing it feels like I would fall through in some parts. Eric was nice enough in the beginning, very responsive and helpful. Once I informed him that I needed to leave early due to a family emergency, he became unresponsive and unhelpful.

This was a cute place and good location, but was NOT clean!! Not sure it was ever professionally cleaned. The bathroom and tub was gross!! I washed the shower curtain and liner since it was that dirty and mildewy, went through and used 409 to clean. Thank goodness there were a clean pair of sheets in the dryer, I’m not sure the sheets in the back bedroom were even washed.
