We were really looking forward to the place, only to find that it didn't meet our expectations. On arrival we were unable to locate the front door key. I called the host and was told the housekeeper might have left with them and we must enter through the backdoor as it's not locked. The key was never located, and we slept without knowing where the key was. I sent her a text told her I was concerned about our safety; she said the only thing she can do is send the maintenance guy in the morning to change the locks as she still could not get hold of the housekeeper. We had plans early in the morning and left before the maintenance guy can finish, and she advised us to lock our things in one of the bedrooms if we're worried about safety, which we did. Although she apologised for the inconvenience and offered to extend our stay for free, we were ready to leave. The place is not properly maintained, the walls dirty, seats have stains, freezer not closing, floors dusty. Bad service by host.

Bridgette was a great host even though she didn't tell us in time about paying separatly for going to da lagoon ....everything was in order ....wud really recommend her
