Beginning with the booking and throughout our stay everything was perfect. The house was exactly as it was described in the listing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top, relaxing with a glass of wine and witnessing the city come alive at night with all the sounds and lights. Quite a spectacle!!! San Miguel did not disappoint thanks to Xochitl and her suggestions with everything .. it was great!!!!

The home was lovely and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out, and two of our group had to work so that was nice. The internet is a bit slow - I know it might be the town's issue but it is easy to upgrade a router system in your home. It's a nice feature to offer. The kitchen supplies were a bit minimal. A better coffee maker for example would have been nice. The location was fantastic - we could walk everywhere easily. Enjoyed the stay very much!

We loved spending time on the patios and having meals on the upstairs patio with the magnificent views. The house was such a welcome home to come back to every time we were out. Adelina and Pedro were delightful to help our stay be so warm and friendly.

Amazing home - one of the highlights of the trip. Staff was kind & friendly. We used Xochitl's tip on the winery and had a lovely time. Location was PERFECT. We saw a few mentions of church bells in other reviews. You can definitely hear them but we found it nice. Plus, there are many churches so you can hear them all over town. Also, it took a few minutes to get hot water but that was fine too. We understand that Mexico has a different plumbing system. Overall, we highly recommend this place and hope to come back again.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Excellent location. The property was in the heart of SMA and close to everything SMA has to offer. Any outside noise from restaurants, etc. was quiet by 10:00 or 11:00 PM. The home was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. The home included a daily housekeeper who kept the place spotless and did our laundry which was an unexpected treat for our 8 night stay. There are quite a few stairs to access all the bedrooms and terraces, but well worth it for the views. The owner was responsive. The weather was on the cool side so we couldn’t enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. Missing the house already.
