My husband and I visited Vermont during the week of April 8, 2024. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the opportunity to witness the breathtaking celestial event of the eclipse right from our doorstep. Surrounded by the tranquility of nature, we were able to immerse ourselves fully in the magic of the moment, without any distractions or interruptions. The property also offered us a glimpse as to what life would be like amongst nature and trees. We were thrilled by the wildlife we saw, spotting a groundhog, red squirrel, crows and other birds and also a beaver! Gary and Lucinda were very hospitable and welcoming hosts. The trailer was perfect for us and I almost immediately felt at home. On the trip home we were already discussing a possible return visit. I would also like to mention that Lucinda has a lovely shop where she sells her beautiful pottery and some of Gary's paintings. I was delighted when I found some pieces that were not only beautiful but in my budget. 10/10

I absolute love everything about this cozy little trailer. I have stayed here multiple times as I have traveled to Vermont for work over the last 2 years and this is by far my favorite home away from home. The hosts are amazing and have done a wonderful job maintaining this property. They are responsive In a prompt manner, kind hearted and because I was a long term tenant they would check in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed. I recommend this as either a long term stay or a quick cozy hibernation weekend getaway :)

Great hosts….super responsive and instructions for arrival were clear. The trailer was cozy…spotless and welcoming when we arrived. It is exactly as advertised. Hardwick is nearby and an excellent location for dining and supplies. Our 10 day stay was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to book again.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful, fall getaway. The trailer was cozy and the perfect size for me and my fiance. Gary was extremely response and nice from the day we booked the stay. I would recommend this place for anyone looking a peace, quiet, and cozyness.

A perfect place for a couple’s Vermont getaway. We loved the retro vibe of the place, it was super clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and high-speed internet which allowed us to do work and have Zoom calls without an issue. The place is very private, with a place to grill, and the garden and surrounding area was really lovely and well-kept. The highlight for us was access to Greenwood Lake to go for a quick swim or kayak around the lake. Would absolutely recommend this place and we would love to stay here again.
