We had a great stay. The apartment is just like on the pictures and very clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had pretty much all the utensils you need. The location is close to the center. The downside is that it is close to a bigger street (not noisy when you close the windows) and there was only one underpass to cross the street - no cross walk. The communication on site with Eileen was great and she was super friendly. The communication with Susan on AirBnB was not existent- she did not reply to any of my 4 messages regarding check in. I recommend to get in contact with Eileen right away to save time and energy.

Eileen, die Gastgeberin vor Ort hat sich super um alles gekümmert und ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes war super. Danke.

V apartmáne sme s dcérou strávili niekoľko pekných dní.Hostiteľka bola veľmi milá a ústretová.Náš príchod bol flexibilný .Aj napriek tomu,že je dom pri ceste, je bývanie bez hluku,príjemné čisté a pohodlné.Pri dome sa dá parkovať.Spalo sa nám veľmi dobre, matrace sú kvalitné.Kuchyňa je dobre vybavená.Do centra mesta je to 10 minút pešou chôdzou .Autom k lanovke cca 8 minút .My sme chodili do Kirchbergu,s autom je to veľmi jednoduché aj bez nastavenia GPS . Boli sme v Kitzbüheli už mnoho krát,ale toto ubytovanie nám vyhovovalo najviac.Určite si ho zvolíme aj nabudúce.A vrelo odporúčam aj ostatným😊

Prachtig groot appartement, beneden met een terras waar we in de avond lekker buiten konden zitten. Twee grote slaapkamers, badkamer en een gezellige keuken met eethoek. Met ons gezin heerlijk genoten van de omgeving! En goed geslapen op de twee grote bedden! Super!
