Best location and decently priced for the amenities. Only thing is if you’re above 7 the other guests will be on sofa beds

This place has the best location and is perfect for exploring Bath. The layout worked really well for our ‘girls weekend’ and we would definitely rebook. My only constructive feedback is that the repeated references made to the ‘house rules’ makes it a daunting stay at times. The reality is that the host is actually really friendly but the multiple reminders/texts/signs are overkill :)

the place was nice for the price, and the location was great. however there are so many strict rules that it almost makes for a stressful stay... i'd understand if the place was immaculate but it wasn't even in immaculate condition yet there are so many rules about what not to do.

The location of the flat is great! A short stroll from the train station and right in the centre of the action to visit the spa and abbey areas. It was excellent value for money. It was lovely and warm on arrival and clean. We had some confusion when I needed to add an extra bed, but this may have been due to a glitch in the system as opposed to anyone being at fault. Luckily, one friend didn’t make it so we didn’t need the extra bed set up after all!
