I think this was our 3rd year renting from Anastasia & Alex, and we absolutely LOVE it! They are very kind, very responsive and very welcoming over all – I really appreciate them as hosts and people. The house provides so much space, entertainment and peacefulness – a perfect place to be on the Cape – especially for us during the springtime, when the weather/temperature is not always warm enough for beach time, so we happily relax & lounge around the property. From the outside, you may not guess right away that it's an incredibly roomy, creative and unique layout – 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms – large kitchen and dining area, both with views of the big backyard – a massive living room – and an amazingly magical basement play space w/a pool table, air hockey table & home movie theater set up. It's ideal for basically any age and combination of people: families with small or older kids - or adults looking to have a friends' getaway - and even my elderly parents came to visit us once :)

My family of 5 loved our stay! We had a little issue getting in to the house but Anastasia had already provided her cell number and called me right away. They were able to remotely reset the lock to get us in and because of their quick response this became a nonissue! Our three kids LOVED the fun room themes and the finished basement space with the air hockey table and theater. We had absolutely no complaints with the house and the area is beautiful and peaceful. Check out process was simple which we greatly appreciated. We will absolutely look to stay again the next time we are on the Cape.

The place is absolutely perfect for a family. the kids had a blast! Great private back yard and drive way for the kids to ride their bikes. They loved the trampoline and the fish. Game room was another big hit. the drive to the ocean is short and very easy to navigate. plenty of space for larger groups as well.
