Villa D is a luxurios 5-star Mediterranean villa with a touch of traditional flair. Situated on the borderline of the autochthonous forest region and the municipality of Postira, it is a contrast combination of nature and architecture. The villa’s architecture and facilities open up towards the sea, offering to the visitors a singular view of the Brač Channel and a special experience of the magical Adriatic sunset. Its envisaged capacity is up to 12 people, it is comfortable, fully air-conditioned, floor heated and offers a quality accommodation with 6 spacious bedrooms, each of which has a separate bathroom and a large terrace. Each and every room boasts a magnificent view of the Brač Channel. The ground floor of the villa is an open-space area visually connected by the stylistic components of the kitchen, the lounge and the common fireplace area, extending to the wine room and the pool (billiards) area. The villa’s architecture opens up towards the Brač Channel, linking the interior through a spacious lounge terrace with a large open-air barbecue, a sunbathing section and a luxurious outdoor swimming pool, thereby enabling staying outside throughout the villa’s space. A specific trait of this location is the sloping terrain, which has enabled enrichment of the villa complex with a private sauna and a gym, offering a breath-taking sea view. The villa complex also includes an additional small one-person apartment. It can be used according to the personal preferences and needs of each individual guest (a cook etc.). Opening up towards the area covered with a pine forest with the characteristic scent of pine on one side, thanks to its horticultural design, an autochthonous selection of plants and herbs, the villa merges with nature providing to its guests an unforgettable experience of the character, taste and scent of the Adriatic.

We are a group of girls who went to Villa D for a week. It was absolute perfection. Nora is a great host who could not do enough for our group. She arranged shopping, chefs, cleaners everything with absolutely no issue. The villa is even better than the photos. Absolutely prestine condition and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, close to the village but very quiet and peaceful The pool is beautiful. There was ample outdoor furniture for our group, all of a very high standard. The villa is large enough that even with a large group of people there is lots of space so you never feel on top of each other. We had the best week ever and we all agree that we will love to visit the villa again at some time in the future. Thank you so much Nora for all that you did for us and giving us a very memorable week in your beautiful villa in beautiful Croatia!
Beautiful villa with high standard finishing and great amenities. Super location just a short walk to the beach and to the local village where there are some lovely restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and each room has an en suite. The gym was great and laura ( host) supplied us with the Swiss balls as seen from the photo of the villa immediately after requesting them. To note - there are only 6 bikes even though the house sleeps 12. Overall a great place to stay and a beautifully made villa. Bonus is the amount of extra stuff for you to borrow for the beach - badminton, inflatable’s for the water, beach towels etc
This villa was fantastic. It actually exceeded expectations. We were a family of 11 adults and 2 babies and we had everything we needed, lots of space and privacy and it was completely soundproof. The villa was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and if there was anything additional required, Nora was immediately responsive. I highly recommend this villa
This home is everything as listed and even more. Wonderful location, lots of privacy, quiet, modern and well equipped. Private en-suite bath for every bedroom. View from every bedroom and comfortable beds that are perfect. Beautiful view and a perfect pool.
A beautiful villa, gorgeous pool with stunning views, and a perfect location. Pure luxury. Comfortable beds, easy access to a local beach and beach bar, bikes to cycle to Splitska for dinner. Villa D is located on the top of the sloping terrain cove of Prja, at a 5 min walking distance from the sea and the beautiful beach of Prja.
Along with the landscape, there are numerous hiking and biking trails leading through pine forests and olive groves, with bicycles available at the villa for you to explore those trails.
