Great flat just 10 minutes walk from Hastings and closer to St Leonards! The view out over the sea is lovely and recommend to get your morning coffee and watch the waves!

Geweldige tijd gehad hier. Prachtig uitzicht, zo vlak bij de pier. We hadden een probleempje met de wasmachine, maar Steven reageerde prima en snel en de volgende ochtend was het door de loodgieter al meteen weer gemaakt. Mooi appartement met een eigen sfeer, leuk ingericht. Echt een plek waar je je thuis kan voelen. Zeker om nog eens terug te komen!

Steven's flat was a great home away from home, it had everything you need with lots of homely extras that made us feel really comfortable. Steven himself was super responsive and keen to make out stay as nice as possible. The Seafront location is fantastic. The lounge windows fully open so you can sit inside or outside on the small balcony and feel the sea air. It is literally across the road from the Pier and about 15min walk along the sea front to the old town. There is no parking on-site, we parked in the St Margarets Road car park, behind the flat (TN37 6EH) for £9.20 / 24hrs. (Ringo will not let you extend your parking past 24hrs. We just used my wife's phone so we could alternate payments for the full 3 days).

I can’t recommend Steven’s place highly enough! It’s a beautiful flat - well presented and very clean. Incredible eclectic decor that showcases Steven’s personality and is beautifully put together throughout the flat. Everything is as described, you have everything you need in terms of amenities and kitchen utensils etc. there’s loads of helpful info, and Steven is really kind in having organised things like Netflix for use too. The view is stunning. The location is brilliant, Steven is brilliant and I can’t recommend staying here highly enough! I can’t wait to visit again!
